During each visit, we’ll start with a brief conversation to understand what you’re needing that day—your goals, your intentions, and what feels most supportive right now. From there, we’ll choose an approach together. This might include mindful inquiry, postural or movement assessment, or transitioning directly into hands-on work. Once we’re aligned, we’ll move into the treatment itself, allowing time and space to drop in, follow the body’s cues, and work at a depth that feels right for you. Every session is collaborative and guided by your intention, creating a grounded and personalized experience

Yes! I offered Deep Tissue and Relaxation Massage for 10 years and loved it, however now I am most interested in participatory and collaborative sessions to support clients to actively connect with their bodies and the psychoemotional material held within their bodies. Sometimes that means we do some relaxation and deep tissue techniques along the way. If you want an entirely Deep Tissue or Relaxation Massage though, I highly recommend my husband Adrian Farrell!

I will accept limited MVA claims, depending on your injuries. All other sessions are paid out of pocket.
