Massage & Bodywork

Massage and bodywork sessions offer a collaborative, body-centered space to support nervous system regulation, embodied awareness, chronic tension, and a more connected relationship with the body. Sessions may include therapeutic massage, mindful inquiry, movement, postural awareness, resourcing practices, abdominal and pelvic care, or intuitive bodywork, depending on each client’s intention and needs. This work is grounded in consent, collaboration, and respect for the body’s wisdom, with space to listen, unwind, restore, and reconnect.
